Store Chargeback Ban, Need Advice.

My younger brother decided to buy crates without asking me first, I tried to charge it back, resulting in a ban.

Okay, that's fair, I understand that, however my request to undo the charge from paypal was denied, and my account is still banned. So since I can't get my money back to me he might as well keep playing on the server no?


I have emailed support@wynncraft . com telling them a brief description of what happened with a screenshot of the email and I have not gotten a response in going on 3 days now, as well as none of the moderators on discord will give me a minute of their time.

Anyone know how long this takes?

 

From what I have read, this can take up to a month at absolute worst.
