In the Hallowynn skin contest announcement on discord Pepo said this at the end of it: "Don't worry though, we have other surprises prepared for this month!"
My best guess is more teasers, maybe a changelog if we get really lucky.

Well we have 9 days left of October, so

 

lets lets wait lol i can't even play cuz banned of glitch abuse but i can o ky get unbanned after the glitch is fixed so i really want a update LOL

 

LATEST PREDICTION: We will receive some type of information THIS WEEK regarding the update (most likely a teaser)

 

I gotcha. I assumed something might have happened given the sudden pause in teasers. I’m just glad we got a teaser like that.

 

Maybe, but I don't think they'd release Hallowynn before releasing the update. I'm not sure how their update system works, but I think when they update something it pushes all the changes that have been made to the map out, so anything currently being worked on that's on the map would be pushed out with it. Meaning, any content that is meant for the update and not for Hallowynn would need to be edited out/removed or something if they were to release Hallowynn before the update.

I hope that made sense.

 

We probably aren’t getting Hallowynn at all, just like last year. :-/

I don't really mind if Hallowynn happens or not. We already have two halloween quests and I'd rather have them focus their efforts towards whatever quests and builds are needed for 1.18. I wouldn't mind a seasonal lobby returning though.

alsonthe thing is we don't know wbat it is about like gavel we kida knewkida knew like weapon skins and a new part of the map. than we got game play and yea thats we knew we whould get powders in that 1. than we got D&D
but we didn't knew much about it but we did not got that manny teasers. oh i forgot corkus yea we already knew about that not much special. but this 1 we know detlas remake but iv ieen told main thing wil be in the mechanic not in the world and its already taking 3 more months than normally so im so fk hypedblol

 

After speaking with a certain CT member, I learned that this update will “change Wynncraft entirely.” They also said they recommend starting a new class because this update will basically change the entire game somehow...
