Strange Map - Thesead House 407

So a friend of mine was just casually poking around and found this (house outside Thesead major office):

It seems to only appear at night, anyone know what it is?

This was actually a part of the old ??? quest before it got changed into what it is now. In order to solve a puzzle, you had to look at 3 constellation maps like this, which would spell out numbers or something when put together. For now though, it's just a cool view of the night sky, seen through the lens of a telescope.

 

Weren't there only two though?

 

Pretty sure there are three since there are three observatories: Thesead, near the Gert Camps, and entrance to Aldorei in the Light Forest.

 

There's an absorevatory near Aldorei???

 

I believe this was part of the old ??? Quest. There were 2(?) of these maps in observatories - I believe there was one above the gert camp iirc - and you had to combine them to solve a puzzle.
