⚔ Another Boss Fight Thread ⚔ - Current Boss: The Guardians Of The Subway

It's a vampire loli that can manipulate fate

 

I put on a gas mask and a flame-retardant suit, then run far back from the boss into my little corner.

 

I begin handing out gas masks to the other players, expect @A Human because they've already prepared, apparently, and pull one over my own head. I then proceed to prepare throwable vessels capable of containing various gasses.

 

This boss battle thread is great, keep it up!

You awaken the pillarmen bros, as they starting posing their fabulousness and fullest awesomeness alongside you. Somehow, you could hear the organs, drums, and awesome sick bass drops playing in the background. Quite the entrance! Due to this entrance, you and the pillarmen feel empowered. Your next turn's and the pillarmen's rolls will be an advantage.

The pillarmen bros Wamuu and Esidisi both have 8 HP, and their attacks suffers a penalty, unfortunately due to being a bit vulnerable to the sun. They will fight alongside you as long as they have the stamina. Once one of them faints, the other will run over and they will make a quick escape.

Lol, initially I was able to do 2 replies per day during the holidays, but now being back at school, I try to have at least one reply per day to always keep things running, and keep things fun! I personally think it is a better speed since some people missed out on attacks when I was doing two replies per day, and I get to dedicate more time since there are 13 players now (bigger than I ever thought)! It is basically an hour for each reply so far.

You bring some TNT, gunpowder and some dynamite into the shack (did I also mention, explosive eggplants?). In total, they have about 7d6 + 4 DMG Explosive Power!

A rift appears beside where you summon her, as you watch a young maiden walk past the portal, greeting you. Her right hand holds a short knife, seemingly releasing some sort of special aura.

She has a total of 10 HP, and would serve you as loyally as she can we her knife throwing, time manipulative skills!

You riled up the Ass Destroyer. "RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr"

You can select a target next turn with it.

Quick Reference to what the Ass Destroyer could do: Deals 12d10 Melee Damage, unaffected by buffs, and has a 1d4 chance of stimulating fear in enemies (all of them)!

You squeeze the sourest lemon you can find into the Cosmic Librarian's eyes. It hurts his eyes so much, he dropped his books! He takes 6 (1d4 + 4) Acid Damage, and suffers from a disadvantage in his rolls this turn!

After a non-aggressive conversation (which quickly broke off with the Cosmic Librarian's eyes sprayed with lemon juice and shouting "AHHHHHHHHHHH!"), you learn the following things:

• They seem to be protecting a certain treasure or something significant underground, but due to the commotion and some activists walking into the subway, they decided to check out what it is all about.
• They are not to be confused with Guardians of the Galaxy.
• You would think that the Librarian is their team leader, but actually The Cyborg is their team leader, partly because he has self-esteem issues and the group must give him the title or he will feel down.
• You realize that they are quite an odd group, came together as oddities only found on the train, and became an entire team.
  • The Beserker is a highly euphoric and elated person.
  • The Cosmic Librarian is a person reading multiple books at once.
  • The Blind Monk is a blind person who was looking at his phone.
  • The Cyborg is an extremely buff and worked out guy half naked.
• You suppose that it is no surprise that a band of misfits results in a group of very much interesting (and you would believe a bit crazy) group.
• This land is theirs. Trespass at your own risk.

You give them an introduction to Japan's Bullet trains!

• You tell them all about the fun facts about Japanese Bullet Trains.
  • Bullet trains travels at about 320 km/h (200 mph), but have achieve world record speeds of 603 km/h (375 mph)!
  • Japanese bullet trains are shaped in a way that allows minimal air resistance, allowing for top speeds. This shape is known as "kingfisher".
  • Originally built in the 1964, but upgraded and expanded to be faster and connects even more parts of Japan.
  • Since it's launch at 1964, no fatalities has been recorded.

Indeed, you give them a friendly introduction to the actual Japan's bullet train, and tell them to be proud to be the first fatality. You proceed to run them over.

All of them will have to make a saving throw of DC 13, or they will be run over (5d10 + 5 Damage)!

Beserker makes the saving throw (17)
Cosmic Librarian (disadvantaged) does not make the saving throw (11)
Blind Monk does not make the saving throw (2)
The Cyborg makes the saving throw (19)

You deal 27 Bludgeoning Damage to the Cosmic Librarian and 32 Bludgeoning Damage to the Blind Monk!

The Pokemon of Darkness appears! This is its movesets:

1) Sleep Talk (Randomly, one of the user's moves, other than this move, is used. Fails if Giratina is not asleep)
2) Dragon Claw (Deals 4d8 + 8 Damage. 1d4 Chance of causing 2d4 Bleeding for 3 turns)
3) Roar (Blows all targets away)
4) Rest (Heals 1d8, user sleeps for 3 turns)

Commanding Giratina takes a single whole turn. It has 30 HP.

You pull out a vial of blood, which contains blood that you stole from @Tsuin without being noticed.

You turn yourself into a blood-sucking, a more powerful vampire. Your skin becomes grey and a bit blue. You feel the sun burning a bit into your skin, but overall, you are still stronger than you previous form.

As such, you now have 20 HP, and have vampiric traits!

With a thunder, @The Demon Queen has appeared onto the battlefield!

Your appearance makes the sky turn dark. Clouds blocks the sky. As such, all creatures affected by the sun no longer get penalized.

You went full on Hazmat style. Because, you never know when you need one! The suit makes you basically immune to most fire damage, and the mask makes you immune to most inhaling poison related damage.

You run as far back from the bosses as you can.

You hand everyone gas masks. As such, you gave everyone immunity to most inhaled poison damage.

You then prepare chemical weapons that is throwable at your enemies. Upon thrown, these chemical gasses spreads out 10 feet (or 3 metres radius) from the site of impact for 2 turns. When inhaled, it does 4d6 + 3 Poison Damage and causes the creature to do a DC 13 Saving throw, or else they are poisoned for 3 turns.

Everyone hears your speech through the subway announcement speakers! Viva la Revolution!

• The Beserker attacks! Surprisingly, his fingernails are quite sharp and long, and he slashes with it twice at @Hungurr the Cryo!
  Both slashes deals 1d6+3 Slashing Damage.
  In total, it dealt 11 (7 + 4) Melee damage!
• The Cosmic Librarian casts a curse spell! It was cast on @Host_Legacy and @SimpleFlips, and they must make a DC 15 Saving throw!
  Both @Host_Legacy (14) and @SimpleFlips (11) now suffers from the curse, which causes the following:
  • Minus 1d4 in skill checks and minus 1d8 in damage rolls.
  • You take an additional 1d6 necrotic damage when hit by an attack or a spell!
  • You cannot be healed when you are cursed.
  • A DC 15 Saving throw must be made at the start of every turn to dispell the curse (This happens automatically every turn). Otherwise, the curse effect lingers.
• The Blind Monk focuses. His movements seem to become more fluid!
  For the next 3 turns, his attacks has a 1d2 chance of being a critical hit, and he also has a 1d2 chance of dodging attacks for half damage instead!
• The Cyborg charges in front. He charges, and slams his body into @Leonardonox (Kind of WWE style)!
  It hits for 11 (3d4 + 2) Melee Damage!
  
• The Sun is blocked by clouds due to @The Demon Queen's entrance. As such, pillarmen bros Wamuu and Esidisi, Vampire @SimpleFlips are no longer affected by the sun's penalty effects.
  As such, Wamuu and Esidisi both have 12 / 12 HP now.
• Sakuya Izayoi has 10 / 10 HP
  Giratina has 30 / 30 HP
