I'm confused what is this build exactly aiming for? First off yes you have too much mr imo. The max you really need with high intel is 9/4s and you have 13/4s (would be 16/4s if you had max mr on your gear) Second off, why plague? Plague is ok for ms/ls but why are you using it in what clearly looks like a spell build to me? Just use something like torrential tide not plague if you're aiming for a spell build. Third, why did you pick those rings/brace? Are they just filler because otherwise I don't see why they are there outside of maybe lazarus for a very miniscule amount of hpr. The necklace is fine if you don't have dia hydro, but if you do have dia hydro pref use that. Also have fun fighting thunder mobs. Overall not good imo

Main improvements to the build include getting accessories outside of random filler ones, switching the weapon to one more suitable for spells, and toning down on the mr so you can actually do better dmg instead of having overkill of mr. At max with this build you're only getting 4k-5k bombs on average which is quite bad (and no it's not tanky because of defense sp as defense sp means practically nothing for archer outside of most items requiring defense having a larger health pool like ignis builds and agility is much more preferred over it on archer)

what kind of guy uses lvl 69-75 quest reward items on end game build. seriously use real accesories like hive and li ones. Also having almost no elemdefs to ohters is bad. and not very recommend. And Having negative thunder def is bad. You could easily got rekt by archons. also....
Dont use plague. Its bad and only useable in melee nuilds. and melee archers are bad.

Also what are you going for with ring of rubies? the only thing it's good for is loot bonus, but you don't really need that in a build for combat do you? I'm genuinely curious why you chose it

 

yeah i thought so and being completely honest i quit for a few years when i got to level 60, then i came back and got to 100 and i have no clue at all what is good with what, and i have been having a hard time finding people willing to help me make a good build. anyways, thanks for feedback

Basically the same as what everyone else is saying - 10/4 mana regen is still quite a lot, and does a ton of work with 100 int, so getting positive defenses is definitely worth it. It's not quite as sp-tight as it looks, as long as your Libra has good Int, Dex, and Agi, and your Capricorn has good Int. I'm not certain whether lifesteal activates on spells, but if not I would definitely recommend switching Capricorn with Memento (this also makes the sp reqs easier to achieve). Libra has Concentration just because that's pretty useful. The rest of the armor powders are just to push around the defenses to avoid relative weaknesses (I prioritized thunder over air since thunder enemies tend to be rather powerful offensively). If you can't get LI items, Nebulous and Gigabyte would be good alternatives.

 

the ring of rubies was just left on, i only use rings and bands for loot runs and forget to change them out

 

Some spells used to but they fixed it so now only melee hits can activate/proc lifesteal
same goes for manasteal
