The folded note seems to be a part of a bigger document.
What you can make out is: Come my dear, return to me - We can rule for eternity - Drown their hopes without mercy - And leave their spirits for me
After that, there's a tear. Then: They can't hold your might, never chained - You will never end Here, the last sentence has been crossed out.
The note has markings as if it's been in the water some time.

I chck out the notepad

 

It's a logbook, like a diary-thing.
Larath: "So, we were going somewhere?"

 

I put it in my back "oh yes sorry. But I feel wrong just leaving the body here"

 

Larath: "I do too."
She drags it into the bend in the alleyway.
She then proceeds to light it on fire with her fireball.

 

I stomp the ground and a bonfire appears on the body "this should help

 

Larath: "Neat."
I was going to have her say something with "woah" and I mistyped it two times: "WOah" and "Woh"

 

"It will disappear after a minute but I can just make a new one"

 

Larath: "I think this is enough. I'll burn up soon enough."

 

"Whatever you say"

 

Was that a "Whatever you say..." or a "Whatever you say!"?
