How Old Was Tisaun And How Long Ago Was He Alive?

I'm somewhat of a lore hunter and was curious as to how old Tisaun was and the time period he was alive. Was it centuries or decades? I know in one quest, the a king's son wanted to be like Tisaun so I was thinking it couldn't have been too long ago.

Judging by the Tisaun's Valor lore:

He fought the corrupted, so he had to have been alive at some point in the recent 1000 year timeframe.
But wait, if his grave is in Cinfras, then he had to have died sometime after the gates opened! Either that or his body was moved, but that doesn't seem as likely. Since villagers arrived at Wynn about 100? years ago, I'd assume he was at his prime and died in that time period.

Tisaun is sadly one of those characters that mentioned a lot, seems interesting, but nothing is done with them. I really hope they do something with his story someday, although he does kinda seem like the generic amazing fighter guy.

EDIT: I accidentally said villagers arrived at Gavel 100 years ago, I'm sorry.

 

There’s no information available I’m afraid. At this point, they probably aren’t going to develop it.

Bob and the player fight the corrupted all the time, yet we aren’t 1000 years old. Tisaun just seems to be a regular human, and given his reference by the king’s advisor and son, it was probably in the last couple of decades.

 

I was referring to how he had to have been alive at least 1000 years ago, not that he is 1000 years old. I guess I'm just tired and I worded it wrong.

I'm confused by what this means? I thought villagers were natives to Gavel? There was some confusion about when villagers arrived in Wynn, which was retconned from 100 years ago to 1000.

There’s a few things you need to take into account

1) the age of the Abyssal Golashes. There’s multiple stories about how they came to be. If you are to believe the story that it’s a family heirloom, that could provide a timeline

2) Sarfnic. Once again, keeping in mine the timeline if the Abyssal Golashes, they are what made the mages sink the city. The timeline of this could once again help

3) The mansion. There’s several quotes about the people who live in the jungle, and when other people started exploring it. If he is the founder of the family, he most likely built he mansion.

4) His Grave is in Cinfras. If he’s a villager, this caps the timeline at 1000 years. If he’s not, it caps the timeline at like 2 years, unless the villagers for some reason brought a dead human to Gavel.
