Archer/Hunter Help Need Speed/spell Build

Looking for a build with high agility and walkspeed... but I also would like consistent 8-10k bombs

my preferences
-no mythics *I realize strati would be good for this build :/*
-no li at all
-only hive items are...
*Gale's Freedom
*Prowess
*Thunderous Step
*Moon Pool Circlet
*Any fire/earth items from hive

-thunder def is the most vital stat when it comes to making a build
