basically if you cast the same spell few times in a row, you get debuffs like, double mana cost or half the damage of spells.

 

“Hmm... There might be something down here that I can use to help you walk.” A little hint or help might be nice right about now.

“All right lets go!” I grab my belongings, give the crutches to him, and help him up the stairs. I open the door slightly and take a peak.

“I thought you might have had a relative or a summer house or something you stayed at occasionally, sheesh.” I ponder for a bit. “Here’s our options: 1 we go back to the house and take our chances that they don’t find us. 2 We book it to the Hive or the Elf Kingdom. Now I eventually need to go to the Hive for... reasons. But I have no idea how they’ll treat us. The Elf kingdom sounds appealing, but I don’t know if they are racist against humans or dark elves either. So what do you think we should do?”
