A Shitty Honest Summary Of Wynncraft

Quests
Alright so let's start off with quests. First of all why do you have this magical book that tells you where people live, that's creepy as hell bruh. Like just because you need help with a problem doesn't mean adventurers should receive your exact location for free. Then when you actually go to them, instead of asking "who the hell are you" they're just like "hey help me with this shit" and you do it, neither of you have ever seen the other in your lives but all of a sudden you're doing labor for them?

Now let's go over the actual quest gameplay. Basically every quest is like, go here, talk to this guy, go some place and kill a mini-boss mob, or kill a bunch of regular mobs and bring their drops back to said guy, then guy tells you there's more for you to do so you go to a location placed conveniently close to the guy, fight a boss or watch a cutscene, or sometimes both, come back talk to the guy he's like "thanks take this shit and get out of my sight".

Grinding
Now let's talk about everyone's favorite part of wynncraft, killing mobs with no real objective for hours straight just to raise a number at the bottom of your screen by 1. It's unnecessarily tedious, it takes way longer than it should, and the only possible way to speed it up is to either P2W and buy an XP bomb or hope someone else does it for you.

Dungeons
Ah, dungeons. WHY THE HELL IS THERE THIS GIANT ASS PLACE WITH A BUNCH OF MOBS, MAGICAL TOKEN COLLECTORS, RANDOM PARKOUR COURSES (WHO THE HELL BUILT THIS SHIT), AND A BOSS. Like seriously, this is clearly made by humans, there's no way all of this shit just naturally formed. How is this legal? Setting up a deadly obstacle course out in the middle of nowhere? Why haven't the authorities shut this shit down?

Then once you hit lvl 71 you wait for someone to go P2W mode and buy some stupid bombs and do this same boring short dungeon hundreds of times in a row because that's really the only way you're ever going to survive late-game levels.

The World/Map
Don't get me wrong, I love the map, but it doesn't make any fucking sense, like, why is there a small city in the middle of nowhere, and you have to go through the wilderness to get to the next small city? Why aren't all the cities next to each other, why are there no roads or shit? Don't even get me started on the random ass temples and ruins everywhere. Why do they exist other for loot chests and secret discoveries, it doesn't make sense. Someone would have clearly demolished that shit and planted some nice grass and flowers over it.

Loot Chests
I think this is the least sensible and most random thing in wynncraft. Magical chests that just appear out of thin air, in the exact same spots every time, that automatically fill with random items for someone to come collect, then they disappear once the chest is closed? Nothing about it makes any sense. Why are some better than others? Why do some have shit loot and others have great loot but are the same tier? IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE.

Guilds
Let's talk about guilds, a group that someone has to pay to create even though you can just randomly make one up and say "hey I started a guild". Then you invite people simply by mailing them a letter saying "join my guild or die. choose wisely". And how do your guild members chat from wherever they are? You can have one dude in ragni, the other in ahmsord and they can still chat like they're standing in front of each other. And this "guild bank", where is it? Where do all the emeralds you donate even go? And guild levels and xp, like, why? I mean I get making your guild more prestigious as time goes by, but the way it's done just doesn't make sense to me. Shouldn't it be about wars won and guild bank that determine your level? Nope, it's based completely on whether you're lucky enough that someone grinds xp in a territory you own, to get you like 1% to the next level.

And wars. With the amount of mobs that have been killed in wars since guilds were created, it's probably more than they intended for the total population of the world of wynncraft to have. Where do they get all these people? How do they instantly train them to become warriors? Why are they walking into certain death for like 10 emeralds? Who knows!

Legendary Island
So you're telling me you go to this island, pay some money to go in and fight a bunch of ridiculously strong bosses that are practically impossible to solo unless you're an apoc warrior or @YYGAYMER . You most likely die, but in the case that you make it through, you get a really shitty amount of xp and some... tokens? What are these tokens for? Accessories... really. You spend hours and hours and risk your life countless times fighting these robot bosses over and over again for... a fancy ring? Really? I don't care how good the accessories are, you shouldn't have to do something as long and complicated and difficult as LI just for a decent bracelet or some shit.

Trading/Social Crap
So this is where you take all that good crap you found in those stupid loot chests covered above, set up a little shop, and make stacks and stacks of LE for like 15 minutes of work. You wait for someone to be like "gimme that item" and then you meet them in detlas where they pay you way more money than the item should actually be worth.

And social stuff, there's this one city called Detlas where everyone hangs out. Mostly to sell and buy shit but occasionally to talk to other people who play this ridiculously unrealistic game, to discuss "builds", a set of items that when used at the same time, can be OP, or just chat about memes or whatever the fuck happens in Detlas, idk.



So yeah this is me summing up wynncraft being completely honest about how dumb everything is. THIS IS A JOKE, I LOVE WYNN, DON'T GET MADE AT ME FOR BEING A "HATER" OR WHATEVER.​

I mean yeah there are, but only inside the cities, and the ones outside the cities? None of them are actually man-made or straight, or actually consistent because most of them end in about 10 blocks.

They're not straight, but they don't end in 10 blocks, a lot of them just lead to the next major city. Might wanna actually speak the truth next time.

 

are you really questioning that on a giant province that is essentially a giant battlefield for undead and living beings?

 

I didn't even know the dungeons had lore. Well if that is what the lore is, my point exactly, how does that make any sense, shouldn't someone be doing something about this black market death trap full of magical machines and a tiny bit of XP as a reward?

except that like qira, there is always the chance that this guy is actually perfectioning the ultimate battle robots to stop corruption
tbh it wouldnt surprise me what this legendary dr. guy and qira are doing is exactly that, creating a perfect army to fend off the corruption and decay when shit goes down completely
why arent there any changes every time you beat it then?
because this is a game and the CT has limited resources, they would probably want to do it but yknow it isnt possible because the CT is human or at least it is supposed to be human, who knows if someone in the team is actually dame tu cosita or even a dog

I would not even mind the 24 EB, if I finally get to do the island and not get ******* CHARGE-STACKED by Cybel or Doctor Legendary. Like, seriously, why does Cybel have to cast 15 charges in 1 second? Whoever made this should be ashamed of themselfes or explain to me how on earth this is a legit and good idea for a "hard" boss fight. You can't just make the boss 50% rng and onehit you and call it "hard"...
