Well our timezones barely match watsoever. xd
Can I recommend that you allow everyone to have their own timezone but start freezing things when people are actually moving near each other? Like, it'll take me upwards of 30min to get to Blue, even if I knew where he was (which I don't) so he can be 30 minutes ahead of me, maybe a bit more.
But if I start looking for Blue or moving in his direction, freeze Blue's timeline until my time catches up and then continue with both.

That's because you allowed Blue to go to the inn instead of freezing him at Karla's until I spent 2 hours from the inn. So basically, if you let Blue get 2 hours ahead of us at Karla's and then froze him until everyone else caught up afterwards, that would work out better than needing everyone online to advance 10 minutes ingame.
At least imo.
