It's sort of in the middle of nowhere, the path continues on, curving to the right after the stairs.

No, I'm saying there's a curved staircase slightly on the right side of the path, going up past the inner wall.

You come to a cobbled path, with low bushes on either side. The path has a couple of alternate smaller paths. The main path leads to what looks like a courtyard in the middle.
The distance from you to there is about 25 meters.
There are lots of viking-like houses here.

Pretty far to the left is a very large stone building.

You'll have to get closer to see clearly. It looks sort of rectangular in shape and has a large gate. The gate is flanked by two stone statues.
That's what you can determine from here.

The immediate sight is a dimly lit room with a rectangular table, and stone walls covered in bookshelves.
There's a coat hanger and shoe stand. The floor is made of wood and has a crimson rug. There's also an open fireplace. Books and papers are strewn all over the table.
