rainbow slap is when you take a non-rainbow weapon (for example, thunder powder hive bow hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm) and slap rainbow items onto your build (eg libra, morph, stellar)

 

im gonna use stellar but currently i don't have. Can you tell me a rainbow bow then?

using infused hive bow for rainbow is not bad
however
what you did is didn't powder it rainbow
therefore it is rainbow slap since you powdered it pure thunder

it's the air weapon powder special and it's essentially useless
