Foe now I'll look at what the nat 1 does

 

The cracks all break over, revealing lots of decent sized rocks held up by a thick layer of spiderwebs. As the cracks break you fall into a 10 foot deep pit with iron spikes. As you fall onto the spikes you take 29 piercing damage and you're stuck in the pit.

 

I look in the pit. Anything besides the spikes in there?

 

Can I try to react before he fall to try to grab him ?

 

I'm gonna use Lay on Hands to bring me back to full.

 

That would have to be a really quick reaction so no.

 

How do you get out of the pit?

 

I'll try and climb out of the pit.

 

Acrobatics or athletics.

 

I don't have proficiency in either so I'll just my strength because it's higher.
