Ti'Lin:"I assume it has something to do with teleportation. It's not a spell, cause you're doing it without any sort of effort."

 

“Correct. I can only do it in shadows, though. Which,”
I chuckle a bit.
“makes this place awfully convenient.”

 

Ti'Lin:"Those mountains provide great cover, yes. Midday might be the most inconvenient then. Sun is at it's highest then."

 

“Oh, you have no idea.”

 

Ti'Lin:"I might not. Seems like you know why."

 

“Yeah. ‘Cause I can’t teleport. Have you ever teleported before, Ti’Lin?”

 

Ti'Lin:"Never."

"Question. If you were to shed light, would you still be able to teleport around?"

 

I think about it, then shake my head.
“No.”

 

Ti'Lin:"Would you be okay with testing something then? Not now, tomorrow."

 

“Depends. Elaborate.”

 

Ti'Lin:"I could make you glow. I want to see if you would still be able to teleport around or not."

 

“Don’t put that shit on me. Give it to him.”
I teleport beside Erevan, pointing to him.

 

Annoyed, I try to grab you wrist and cast Light on you.

Dex saving throw.

 

I fail.
“Hey!”

 

I look down at you innocently.

"Yes?"

 

Ti'Lin:"Huh. Can you try teleporting?"

 

“I’m gonna kill you and bury your head in the dirt so your corpse looks like the fat ostrich it is.”
I bite my thumb at you, using my glowing wrist to make sure you can see it.

“I can’t.”

 

"You act as if that wasn't already a given."

I dispel the light.

 

“Good point.”
I teleport away from you, but still in the group.
