    Are you referring to the cat person gifs that @Nepeta Leijon has in his posts? If so they're just a fun thing that he likes to insert into his posts. They come from a webcomic he likes.

    If youre referring to Nepetas images/gif theyre basically pictures inserted by that person. That is not something official by Wynncraft.
    They basically embrace Homestuck and the roleplaying that comes with it.
