Generic Fantasy - [5/7]

I hunt the ship, looking for more materials (wood, wheels, glass, plastic, scraps)

 

About 10 feet away, licking his paws and generally acting like a normal cat. Nobody even notices him.

The ring the lady has on lights up, and the sword starts glowing just a bit brighter.

Whatever (magic?) he used to keep himself moving is shattered. He's a near corpse in extreme pain right no-

While you were threateningly looming over maybe!Leren, two of the death squad members moved behind you for a double stab in the back.
Seriously, poison/blood's everywhere, and just the tiniest bit of lightheadedness takes over.

No answer.
Well, technically no answer, but you can hear him being savagely beaten to an inch of his life right outside the door.

• The entire ship's made of wood
• Specifically, there's a bundle of repair planks on the lower deck.
• Only wheel is in your hands
• Several tons of raw iron, also on the lower deck
• Various grains
• A weapon crate

 

I'll leap off the roof to get away from them and while mid air try to blast both of them with fire before landing and then cast ward

 

"Um... what's that?"
Move closer and peer at it curiously.

I don't really know where you are I'm just jump off the roof to get away from 2 more stabs

 

“Oh no.” I decide to step off the pressure plate and rush to the door.

I decided to be a bit more evil about it, but it's done.

The tumbling through the air causes you to miss, and you roll onto the the ground in an orange splatter. If the poison was red, it would look like endless blood.

She's a small ways down the street expertly dodging and weaving through some sword slashes. At least, that's what it looks like to Dez.

The sword raises up into the air.
"Hmph."
The sword goes dark, and a bubble of nothingness (well, more nothingness than normal) begins expanding out of where it was.

Arrows whiz through the air above you, sure to have murdered a human target right then and there. the door slides open to a scene of the assassin, slumped out in the corner.
Standing over him are.. Huh. They're dressed as partygoers, but... pretty sure that guy called them mercenaries?

Various polearms, swords, knives, the works. Made of iron, and clearly mass-produced.

The wood would probably freeze and shatter.

 

*frowns*
"What's that?"
"It looks dangerous..."
"Do you need help?.."

I wonder what the death squad think about the poison instead of blood

Shell be fine. I run in a circle so no one could sneak in me this time and if Probably Leren is still on the ground in pain I'll flame strike him, if not then I'll spiritual agony him

 

I pull out my knife. “What’s the meaning of this?”

 

I gather all available supplies into a pile in the cabin

 

A loud hissing noise goes off, and the nothingness disperses quite anticlimactically.
"We can't win! Move move move!"
The swordholder runs off, just like that.

Alright then! Flame stri-
"Eaaat THIS!
Just as you were poised over Probably Leren, somebody threw a smoke bomb and shoved into you. The flame strike was tilted and erupted harmlessly in the sky.
"We can't win! Move move move!"

An injured-looking lady with a bandanna speaks up.
"We're here ta assassinate some assassins. Boys, sic 'im."
With that order, the other 2 men standing there also draw knives.

It takes about 5 minutes, but the stuff gets moved and nobody's noticed.

 

"Ehhh?!?!"
"Wait! What are you running from?!"
"And can you leave your sword behind whil you're at it?!"

 

I'll try to shoot the spot where he was and then jump trying to get out the smoke bomb. If that works and I didn't hit Probably Leren I'll try shooting another flame strike at him if I see him

 

“Hey now let’s not be hasty here. I don’t care who you want to kill. I’m here just for some lard, ok?”

 

Can you give me an inventory of what I have, including amounts?

 

School is a terrible, terrible thing.
In one night, a weeks's worth of math (honors, so just worse) that I put off because of a week's worth of other stuff that was due first. Sorry about not responding yesterday.
Also was I seriously this vicious as a freshman? New year's out for blood, jesus.

She doesn't hear you, or at least is too busy running.

Sadly, you can't see Probably Leren. Even from above the surprisingly thick smoke pooling through the streets, nothing is visible.

~20 2-meter planks of wood, bundled up
A massive amount of iron ore - somewhere in the range of half a ton.
A barrel of grain
In the weapon crate: 10 Swords, 20 Polearms, 4 Knives, 4 Maces, and a battleaxe
A large travel bag, containing some nonperishable food,
3 small trees worth of lumber,
and 6 bars of gold, formerly in a safe. Wasn't that hard to open.
