Togak glares at you. "I know I have no authority over you, but I would appreciate it if you didn't bring that demon up - he caused addiction, then revoked the fixes when his followers were at their most vulnerable. He is not worthy of attention, let alone worship. The discussion ends here."
He turns away and starts walking towards a Sol Embassy elf on the other side of the courtyard.

"Understandable. Your secret is safe with me - hey, is that footsteps?"
Sure enough, there are two pairs of footsteps coming from the Hall, fairly fast and purposeful. You'd have to run immediately to avoid them seeing you.

By asking her directions to the library and immediately having his friend magic her into a coma? If only that were all it took...

Spin on my heel slightly and look towards the tower on fire.

*Also glances over before looking back to Hels*
"Sooooooo... are we leaving now?"

 

"No idea. I should probably look for something to help with the Decay." Say more to myself, scratching the back of my head and letting out a sigh.

 

"What?" (Said while you're talking to yourself since I don't think I can hear it)

One of the Gylia Academy teachers looks at Hels and smiles. "Ah! I am scheduled to have a meeting with a hermit in the Olux part of the Forest on the matter, along with some of our older students- an odd fellow, or lady rather. 'She' claims to be a villager, but I don't think she can be. Claims to be the only hope for the killing the Decay. Well, it's unlikely, but there is no likely solution here. My students would certainly gain a lot from elven insights. So, what do you say to that?"

You can see a door to a side room about halfway down - it's surely a dead end and if you were found there you would be cornered for sure, but there'd be no risk in getting there. Alternatively you could make a bolt for the end of the corridor towards the windows, better facilitating your escape, but you're not sure you'read able to run that far without being seen.

 

Smile at him and the idea of killing the Decay. "Why, that sounds great! I'll surely join you and your crew."
Stretch my limbs, feeling my spirit revigorated.

 

"Umm... I'm going too, right?"

 

Shrug. "If you want to."

 

I smile.
"I'll be going with you then!"

 

Smile back. "Alright."
Turn towards the Gylia teacher. "When are we leaving again?"

 

I'll run to the dead end
