How Does One Get Here?

Was just flying around on my mage and ran into a barrier in the nesaak mountains, how does one get here?

 

If I'm not mistaken that area can be accessed to by going to a tp in Lusuco

 

This is actually the pigpuck arena, accessed in the town of Lusuco via entering this black wall teleporter thing. The village up there is removed though, it was used for a december-exclusive wynnter fair.

 

The wynnter fair portion is still there, just no npcs are available except for an npc saying wynnter fair is out of town and will come back next december
and yes theres also pig puck
did you know that if you are in the way of the net while it's shooting the puck, it will 1 shot you?
