Hi guys, here's a chance to win 10 stacks of le.

I thought it would be fun to do a little puzzle solving while we're waiting for the next update (aka Dern soon tm), so here it is. This poorly-written poem here contains a lead to something that will give you 10 stacks of le. If you solve the puzzle and DM me the answer, the 10 stacks will be yours. You can work alone or with a group, and how the money will be split is up to you. Here's everything you need to know before starting:

1. This puzzle is related to Wynncraft locations. Npcs, lores or weapons are not included.
2. This puzzle requires basic knowledge of Minecraft game mechanism.
3. It will be helpful if you know a little bit of history.
4. Only very few cryptography knowledge is required.
5. Part of the riddle contains irl knowledges and concepts.
6.You must know how to utilize the internet.

-Blazing rocks = reflection of stones / a color
-The water body is big.
-The first location is inside a town, but it doesn't have a name and nor is it labeled on the online map. So it's recommended to go in-game.

- The first city is llevigar. Blazing can be white too. Where the water kisses the ground means it's near the coast.

-“This world” is referring to the world where you can find llevigar library. What world should you go next? Don’t overthink.
-The book is related to justice.
-8 and 13 are index.

-The young nation is the US. It’s a metaphor
-There's a courthouse in llevigar. What can you usually find on the bookshelves in a courthouse?
-You have to relate the book of justice to the REAL world.
-The book is the US constitution.
-8 and 13 are referring to the US Constitution, Article I, section 8 and line clause 13.

-Return to the wynn world again.
-The second location is Selchar. “Navy” symbolizes Selchar being the most important town in the ocean. “Treasure lays accede” means the sea reef.
-“Up the hill” means to go up the hill where Selchar’s town center was built upon.
-The creature that awaits is the seafoam.

Hint 3:
-"buries" is a metaphor
-It would be easier if you know how to stalk Minecraft people online.
-The color only contains parts of the final key.

-The ancient emperor is Julias Caeser---Caeser cipher
