I don't really know how aoe damage works with hexs, but would a fireball(20 ft radius) if aimed at the campfire hit all the goblins and no allies? I think it can reach but i just want to make sure

 

It would hit most of them and no allies.

4+5+2+2+4+6+5+2=30 but I'll use 1 sorcery point to make this into an empowored spell which let's me reroll dice up to my charisma mod. I'll rerole the 3 twos. I got 6+5+2=13
The goblins need to make the dex save on a fail they take 37 fire damage, on a succes half
