Envoy Part 1 Bug

I'm doing the first envoy quest but I can't progress past the vents because one of the buttons is missing. I already tried to use the kill comand and try again and changing servers but the buttom is still missing.

 

What button? I don't recall any buttons on the Envoy Part I

 

The quest has a part where you must activate a vent to progress. To do so, you must press two buttons on the opposing edges of the room.

 

I don't remember, try looking up an online guide.

1.13 is known to not render in certain buttons, and is known to cause plenty of other issues within the game. Swapping onto a lower version should fix this issue. The recommended versions are 1.9-1.12.2
