Also, Monika is still worst girl. If she wanted the protagonist to herself, what she could’ve done is delete Sayori, or make Sayori and the protagonist fight and not be friends anymore, and make Yuri and Natsuki love each other, which leaves the protagonist with Monika. She didn’t have to guilt trip us to believe we caused Sayori and Yuri to die.

I’m gonna share an unpopular opinion I have that will trigger a lot of fanboys: I think Pokemon R/B/Y and G/S/C are terrible games compared to the rest of the franchise, mostly because Kanto and Johto are bad regions

Before triggered fanboys come, let me list my reasons why I think that:

R/B/Y:

• Horrible graphics
• Uncreative Pokemon designs
• Gamebreaking bugs and glitches
• A lot of balancing issues (psychics were too strong and bugs were too useless)
• Most barebones story of all Pokemon games
• No postgame content
• Safari Zone is horrible (although more Pokemon games have this, in this game this is the only way to catch Pokémon like Kangaskhan and Chansey

G/S/C:

• Johto is extremely small, every city has a gym with only two towns that don’t: New Bark and
• Terrble level curve; A lot of trainers are under leveled and the 7th gym leader has lv 30 Pokemon.
• The game was balanced horribly around Chikorita, the grass type starter. Nearly every gym had an advantage against chikorita.
• Did a bad job of displaying the new Pokémon; some are unobtainable until postgame (sneasel and misdreavus) and others were obtained by gimmicky methods that most wouldn’t figure out on their own (pineco)
• Didnt explain in depth the hapiness feature, which is the only way to get a dark type before the postgame (by evolving an eevee into an umbreon)
• a lot of new pokemon were useless in battle, such as baby pokemon, sneasel, misdreavus, aipom, unown, and sunflora, though luckily Sinnoh fixed most of this
• By far the worst champion of any Pokemon game, he uses 3 of the same pokemon, which all have a quad weakness to ice

 

I’m gonna share a popular opinion I have that will trigger a lot of ten-year olds: I think Pokemon is a terrible franchise, most because it’s repetitive, every game is the same overall, and it has a vanilla ice cream cone for a Pokemon.
