    I got no-diffed (level 83) - barely lasted until the actual guardian spawned. Is this normal, and if so, how is one supposed to do the Uth dungeons at the intended level? (abuse concurrent CSST parties?)

    Correct. Also, the dungeons requiring Uth runes give some pretty good rewards and some (csst) are easy to beat, so they are meant to be hard to get the keys for

    even with a mythic build i still have a bad time i think it's ment to be very hard
    also floating ranged should go take a leap i hate floating ranged mobs

    Correct, floating mobs can suckkkkkkkkk since they have laser pin point accuracy and I can't even kill them for that. Also that's way too low for Uth Shrines. I'd say level 90+ for those.

    I agree about not liking the floating ranged attacks (or any ranged attacks). I mainly use a mage/dark wizard and heal as I get directly under them to use meteor.
