As @Dr Zed said, I was told by Oculism that "rtd is in september," with that as proof, I unfortunately made the assumption that for him to make such a bold claim to me, he had other evidence to back it up. I must have been mistaken, and for that I apologize, again.

All we can say is that work is continuing. Wish I could say more.

 

We still know absolutely nothing about this update except that it's road to dern.

Don't get me wrong, I do love this game so much, I love the work you do, and put in, I love the cooperation between the community and the higher ups, and I'll stay with the community and game until the last second, but truly, I've done mostly everything the game has to offer. I've explored, fought, done, and defeated almost everything. I've explored everywhere, I've found secrets, I've theorized, I've collected, and I've found out the plot of wynncraft itself. (Eye, Player, destiny, etc.)

I don't even know what to expect anymore, at the beginning this was exciting as hell, but now; I'm anxious, impatient, and wonderous.

Well, what I'm trying to say is in terms of the update the CT is being less responsive than hypixels staff team to the community (which is very bad because we're above hypixel, very much). I know Dern is supposed to be mysterious and you want to keep it a secret, but come on, I had to peck at salted just to get out two small details.

I don't mean to be rude, or childish, but eight months and not a word except this update > gavel update isn't the most amazing hype builder. (Which can sometimes dictate how patient the community is; in 2017-18 we knew basically nothing about the updates and you saw and can see that some of the community members were being complete dicks about it and very impatient)

 

ok tl;dr what im saying here is we have next to no info on this update and it'd be good to give some out

No things like this happen more. A good example is people saying Dern is the next update even though the name of the update is road to Dern.

If there's any way you or anyone else could talk to the CT and see if there was something, anything you could give the community in terms of teasers or hints, that would be phenomenal.

On the topic of teasers, I've seen the staff say before that they don't want to create a No Man's Sky scenario, where people are annoyed because Wynn didn't deliver what was teased. Sure, Wynn has teased stuff like the main storyline before which hasn't been released, but they've also shown stuff like dungeons and new builds that are in the game, and got everyone excited too. Throughout my time on Wynncraft, I've seen teasers cause way more good than they've caused bad. If anything, they can help bring the community together too in order to discuss theories and stuff about the next update.
