"Never like what? Explosions or ninjas?"

Ah, magic systems. Never confusing, ever.

You sort of stumble towards the closest non-destroyed potion shop you can find.
You're hit with bursts of pain every minute or two, and they're getting so much worse. What kind of poison even is this?
As Dez open's the door to the apothecary, you're blasted with the smell. It's a smell of herbs and whatever else, so you're probably in the right place.
"Wait.... I'm still getting customers?!"

 

"Healing potions now" I say as I almost collapse to the floor

 

“All right. So where exactly do you want me to do this? And to whom? And when? And most importantly, how... deadly?”

 

"Shouldn't you get an antidote then a healing potion?..."

 

"It will probably take time to get an antidote for an exact poison"

 

When I wished I had support skills so I could use it here and just be like "See?" and completely ignore the fact that I never used it when you were dying...

"You dislike both?"

 

"Healing potions. Got it"
The man rushes to the back of the store, and you hear some highly distressing sounds before he comes out holding a potion that he essentially forcefeeds to Dez.
"You're barely bleeding... what happened?"

"Honestly? You can kill some people. Don't go overboard. All I need is some panic and chaos, cover the assassination. As for when... soon as possible."

"Well, I do now. Name's Matt. You?"

 

"Poisoned blade. I have both the sword and poison in my bag" I try to pull both thr sword and poison out the bag

 

All right, so where then? Also, do you know where I could get some lard in the meantime? Like lots of it.

 

Highly unlikely but do I recognize the poison? (Is it even magical so I can see it too? -.-)

 

"Frigid"

 

You just barely avoid spilling the vial of poison as you lay it in front of you. At that point, the poison starts working so hard that the only thing keeping you alive is the potion. You're healing as fast as it's killing you, basically.

The man picks up the vial.
"Huh. Venom isn't usually orange... Identify. No.. not magic.. Wait."

He takes a flask of water from his belt and puts a drop of the poison in it. The entire flask turns the same bright orange.

"..."
"This might be a bit more trouble than I thought."

No, it's just regular poison.
Well I mean not regular poison. The store owner above seems a bit rattled.

"...I don't know, somewhere rural? I work for a noble, not a farm."

"Nice meeting you then, Frigid."

"So.. there a reason you're here?"

 

"It's changing my blood to it isn't it? This really can't get any worse." Seeing as it this really can't go any more down hill then dying I'll try to open the wierd pendant

 

“All right, just give me a signal when and where you want it to happen.” I quickly make my way towards the nearest farm.

 

I frown in contemplation.
I take out the scroll and pendant before holding them out to Dez.
"Try them?"
(Pendant is a warding pendant and I have nk idea what the scroll is)

 

I'm currently trying to open my wierd pendant
