Warrior/Knight Help Warrior's Tankiness

hello wynners, i am confused as to how "tanky" a warrior can get. First of all. I would like to confirm if the warrior has an hp boost from the other classes. I also need to know that does 114 def and warscream ONLY make u immune to NEUTRAL dmg or does it affect elemental dmg AT ALL? If so, then how much? Lastly, i wonder if a typical apoc build like this one https://wynndata.tk/builder/?helmet...d=-1051&spellRaw=-280&meleeOdd=-6&meleeRaw=65 will be somewhat immune to li bosses that do more than just neutral dmg, or will the build still feel like an average non tank build? And how will the lifesteal function? will u literally not die if u keep left clicking, or is that just an exaggeration? I would like to know for example how many hearts or dmg would cybel do to that build. Finally, i always hear about ppl saying something about a cancer apoc build. Not rly sure what that is but would be nice if someone would explain it Anyways, that's a lot of questions. I would really appreciate it if u guys can answer them.

-Alright, I'm PRETTY sure that 114 def + Warscream no longer makes you immune to Neutral Damage (I believe it caps at 90% neutral immunity, not sure though).

-I do not believe Warrior has extra HP. It just has +20% base neutral defense if I remember correctly.

-No, Def and Warscream doesn't affect Elemental Defense (Agility Stronk). I think.

-That Apocalypse build should feel PRETTY tanky (good Def, some Agi), but not "I can just sit here and left click and I'll almost never die".

The way Lifesteal works is that whenever you hit an enemy with melee/powder specials, you have a chance to activate. With multiple enemies, you can proc lifesteal multiple times. The activation chance goes down the higher your attack speed is, so it balances out.

If there's only 1 mob to hit at once (like Dr. Legendary), then things will be a lot harder, since you'll probably only activate lifesteal once every 4 seconds (max Apoc = 520 hp every 4 seconds). This isn't enough to just be able to face tank bosses in LI.

If there's like 5 mobs out, then chances are that you'll be insanely tanky. You should be proccing lifesteal 5 times every 4 second (with a max Apoc, that's an average of 650 hp per second). You still can't quite just sit there and left click, but you don't really need to focus hard to survive.

If there's like 20 mobs out (for example, after hitting a pretty plate in Cybel), you'll be almost unkillable. basically, you should be gaining 2600hp every second with a max Apoc. So, only huge burst damages can really kill you like duped Cybel meteors one after another or Disintegrator Cores. Do note that the minions at Cybel will die pretty quickly so it acts more like an HP potion that heals like 8k hp rather than full invulnerability.

 

alright cool, but what about hp? Does warrior automatically gets a base hp boost like the base 20% resistence boost?

 

No hp boost but it’s like it has perm resistance of 20% dmg

anyway, cybel is mostly neutral damage so you won't get one shot or anything like that. you can tank a meteor or charge, maybe two.

 

You shouldn't have a problem against cybel with apoc. You're relatively tanky, and so Cybel doesn't 1 shot. You just run around the keep stepping on plates to lifesteal off the minion cybels, and you should be fine.

I'm pretty sure nobody knows exactly how much damage you take from cybel with x build. We can just say that its relatively easy with apoc, and apoc builds have a lot of survivability.

 

So whats the taniest “hardest to die” weapon in wynn? Guardian or apoc? While ive NEVER in my entire life heard about anyone using an apoc and their hp bar went below half (unless in a duel or smth) nor have i heard of a guardian user dying or losing ho beyond half. I dont think any other weapon is capable of doing that so... which of the two is tankiest?

 

Guardian is generally more focused on hp Hpr, apoc is melee and gets some of its survivability from its LS.

Also why does it seem like you have a new obsession every couple of weeks and spam the forums with it...
First its tank ignis archer
then spring/spell spam archer
then Gma
and now apoc?

 

IMO, Guardian is slightly less tanky, but it's subjective. Personally, I find it hard to activate your HPR on Warrior with no Agi. Even if you do, it's just 700hp. You can combine that with Ammy of Rejuvenation, but once again, it's hard to stop getting hit by mobs and waiting for HPR to activate, without Agi or Vanish. In Wars, it's pretty much impossible to do so.

The main thing about Guardian IMO is its tankiness, which is used just like Ignis (to make up for health loss of glass Fire items like Fire Sanctuary or Conflagrate). This allows you to get decent damage while having very high Defense.

 

Lol cuz i need a new mythic everytime i acquire one and i only make one post everytime asking fot some nuilds. I want to wield every mythic so i gotta hurry and make the build asap so i can move on

And fyi the ignis archer was amazing, like gma. Spring isnt the best bow anymore so the build is meh. Dab on them haters who say u cant go fire archer. 12k bombs, extreme elemental def and 16k hp. 500hpr 8/4 mana 129int gg li
