It's doesn't have a lot of hp, and when it comes to tankiness, I'd say HP is your #1 stat. There's no point to having 1000+ in all ele defs if you only have 5k hp (as an extreme example). I think the use of Fire Sanc it what's killing your HP.

Also, I'm assuming you only run Petrichor and Silt of the Seafloor for the ele defs, cause they seem to be really odd choices and don't really have any stats that go with the fire/thunder dmg on Black. Some good thunder/fire items I can think of rn include Anima-Infused Helm and Cinderchain if you wanna try those.

The damage can also get a lot higher but since you're prioritizing tankiness, the low damage is to be expected.

Imo it's best to not try and making an elemental tank on black as it's one of the best non mythic daggers (being infused/sitis/black/random melee weapons like flame) and is meant to be used offensively
Otherwise
