Assassin/Ninja Help Smoke Bomb Build

Hey guys,
I worked on a build that fits my playstyle; Mainly Smoke bomb use, still melee dmg and a high walk speed to circle the opponent (which is a mob, I don't really do PvP).
Can I still improve that build?

Your problem is your using water earth items when your should be using earth air because smoke has a percent of your dmg go to earth and air, I recommend using Nona or another earth dagger this isn’t great but you could build off of this https://wynndata.tk/s/SMZ62Y

 

Step one on improvement:
Ditch manna
Reason:
It is terrible as a primary (I've only seen it hit a max of 6k spins average without it being hyperglass)
Step 2:
Use sitis/black/infused hive dagger instead

Isn't the negative health regen a problem?

 

You don't have to hold your weapon when you're not in combat, and you can use Ivory or something outside of combat

 

That wasn’t a good build I was just showing you how easy it is to make a better one using air and earth
