You forgot that he might have drunk some of the LE in order to be able to store even more LE.

 

With that amount of emeralds he would easily flood the market and cause the price of emeralds to drop like a fat wedding bride tied to a rock off the top of the Willis Tower.

That’s the most recent estimate I could find. A carat is 0.2 grams. Assuming that the current production is 6,000 kg, that would be the equivalent of 30,000,000 1 carat emeralds.

So you could easily see how this could be done.

I think the problem is the E to EB conversion. One EB in real life wouldn't be one cubic meter, because an emerald isn't really that big, and a cube of 64 would only be 4x4x4. Add to that the fact that one LE is just a tiny bottle that somehow contains 64 cubic meters of solid emerald. I do like your calculation though, I just kinda assumed 1E = $1, which probably doesn't make that much sense.

 

Minecraft blocks are 1m^3, therefore, and emerald block is 1m^3

 

My point is that a real life cubic meter of emerald would contain more than 64 emeralds. If one is to assume everything in Wynncraft is up to scale, that would mean the ocean is as big as a village and Mt. Wynn is just a steep hill.

 

yes, but i did not calculate the worth based on per emerald, rather, based on carat, which is a unit of weight. i averaged a cubic meter of emerald to weigh around 3500 kilograms, which i converted into carats and then USD
