Tunnel Trouble Glitch

So, I was looking around the forums and was looking for someone who had the same glitch as me. When I tp'd to the cow npc in the cave I tp'd back to the miner but there was no miner. I could not go back through the teleport are because I was now trapped. I did /kill a couple times and rechecked the cave, but I couldn't get past the stone barricade. If a staff member is reading this please, if you could, reset my quest because it's the only quest I have in my book. Thank you.

 

try and relog or change servers and don't use 1.13 it's not compatible at the moment

 

I play in 1.8.8 and I've changed servers, what should I do?
