Lost My Two-step Verification Codes

This account was made as a throwaway to ask this very question. I recently got a new phone, and the Google Verification app contained the codes for my other account. But when I got the new phone, the app was like new, and it didn't contain the codes needed to login to my account.
I've tried to check my emails for the QR code to reactivate it, but can't find it. There is no "resend QR code" button to let me regain access to my codes.
I literally can not get into my main account without these codes, and I have no idea what "backup codes" are, and if any of you do, I'd appreciate the help. I've already contacted support about the issue, I just wanted to see if the community could help me solve this a bit faster.

I can barely help with web related issues like this, the best thing I can do is tagging @colin350 so he sees this thread. Sending him a conversation is probably better though as he would most likely ask you to do that anyway because it's about private information.
