Mage/Dark Wizard How To Abuse 4 Powder Slots 101

so i saw yygamer's post on cerids ingenuity and decided to make it actually useful
so here it is: a lvl 65 build using cerid with some ok damage for its level
please dont hate since its not lvl 100

if you can improve it, please dont use sundown poncho since it kills your health and you gotta wear a weaker item just to get +tier
this build is supposed to be a viable build for people to actually use, and with sundown you get 200 more meteor dmg but you die in 2 hits because of your health.
If you dont like the -2/4 mana, replace lodestone with electrical loop or something

 

who says you need +tier

 

ima just post this any time I see Cerid pop up somewhere from now on

 

proceeds to spend 12le on thunder powders and hunt for 5 legends for a level 65 build

strong build though

 

this shows that you can never fulfil the wynn communities needs
you could make a lvl 30 build with 30k meteors, 600 in each defenses and 20k health with a built in suction tube but people will still go "um it doesnt cast 2 intel meteors and it doesnt have dry cleaning so im gonna have to pass heres a better version: wynndata.tk/ligma"

 

Well what did you expect for a mid-game build? Yeah, your build is decent, but is it worth getting? No.

 

this is an experiment i made, its not an actual suitable build.
also dont discourage non lvl 100 builds please
