you need a perfect blue mask, perfect prism, and perfect discordant
to describe how much this build costs, let me just say that there is no defined price of a perfect blue mask because none have ever been sold, and there are none that exist
on top of that you need a perfect prism and perfect discordant
it also uses a mythic

 

Yeah, I was mainly going for the average price of an item, if perfect items counted I could've made mine much more expensive too
Also is singularity really more expensive than divzer?
