Mage/Dark Wizard Help Solo Li Build

I need a Solo LI Build
Cant Contain Mythics (I am not Rich)
It can contain Li items, but if the build does contain LI Items please show, the original build then the build with substitutions for the items, so when I do complete LI and gain those items I can re-substitute them back in.

Easy LI solo build, as you will be insanely tanky and won’t take much damage.

Use Harwrol as secondary for Cybel. Keep war scream buff up at all times.
