The news now covers the damage the explosion caused which only seemed to have broke some windows, scorched the buildings, and practically destroyed the road.

It also states how they couldn't see the license plate of the car....

5th Street and 21st Street were the ones racing, The Rippers were the ones notifying everyone.

They state that the driver of the black Dodge Charger doesn't seem to be part of any illegal racing crew. They also state the usual decal designs of 5th and 21st Street's cars and that if you are to find one, call police immediately.
