    i started the quest and got to stage 21.
    i walked trough the tunnel but was to fast and he said something and teleport me back.
    but he didn't talk after that, and i could not get away because it would teleport me back.
    so i did /kill and tried to enter again but i cant enter the cave.

    how can i finish the quest?

    You dont have to talk to any NPC anymore, but you have to run through everything again. So first you will have to go to Veekhat again and then to Drale's hideout once more, after that you should should be able to continue the quest.
