The thing about the flu is that there isn't really a "the flu". Influenza viruses' antigens constantly change, making it hard for your body to develop antibodies for that specific virus.

Source? I'd be interested in reading that. And it's perfectly reasonable that they don't want children who can easily spread sicknesses.
This also isn't an example or a source of certain groups needing to pay more taxes.

That is because it's most likely not true. You probably just heard it somewhere once. If you don't have a source you shouldn't make claims like these.
