Malfunctional 1.8.9 Texture Pack

Hello,
I am on version 1.8.9 and I downloaded the texture pack the way I was told to, but it seems to miss some textures (e.g. of the upside of fences). I could not find an alternative download for 1.8.9.

Can anyone help me?

PS: I hope I didn't post this anywere wrong...

 

1.8 as a minecraft version simply doesn't support some of the texturing features we needed to make the game, which is why it's been discontinued. Please use 1.9 or higher version of minecraft to play Wynn

Oh okay. I remember playing it on 1.8.9 like a year ago and it worked perfectly fine, that's why I thought it might still work. I'll try using newer versions then.

 

Oh, huh. So does this mean that we might get dual weilding?
