That's the gist of it.
If you want more descriptive, three people are waiting outside with guns ready to shoot when Ceridwen exits.

 

She struggles to her feet and pulls out the knife.
"I - I can heal myself, Investigator. It's not going to work."
She starts backing away towards John Willard - perhaps he can intervene.

Deodat Lawson is in between John Willard and Eliza.

The Investigator breaks into a run tackling Eliza to the ground with the knife at her neck.
Eliza can see the Sheriff seeming to look for his gun, only realizing that it’s on the ground with two arrows going through it.
“You’re not worthy of Last Words!”
The Invesigator brings up the knife ready to bring it back down at Eliza’s neck.

Since it looks like @Azura isn't helping, Eliza shouts "CLARINETS!", in a last ditch effort to confuse the Investigator and buy her time.

Ceridwen would keep up her walk towards the exit until she is passing as close as she can to the man without being suspicious. Upon reaching this point, and without first turning, she’d reach out to him with a mental attack. If he does not immediately show any signs of going unconscious, she’d dive (if he’s decently far away) at him and impale him with one of her daggers.

Myr is launched back yet another 20 feet.
The townfolk just shake their heads before the Mayor mutters something.
They group then disperses all heading in different directions.
"Tarnation Witch Archers!" someone yells in the background in the direction of the smoke.
"Bloody Hell I'll just use my fists then!" the same person yells.

I don't know if Elias wanted to do anything about some person yelling "Tarnation Witch Archer" in the direction of the smoke earlier so I'm making him yell it again.

An arrow lands square in the center of the blade of the knife. The arrow grounds itself with the knife pinned to it.
"TARNATION WITCH ARCHERS!" the Investigator yells a second time seeming to never hear Eliza scream about Clarinets.
"BLOODY HELL I'LL JUST USE MY FISTS THEN!" The Investigator turns their raised up hand into a fist.

Ceridwen hits him with a mental attack but oddly, he doesn't seem affected by it.
Oh wait.
A powerful mystical force then dominates Ceridwen's body making her unable to move and forced to just stand there.
The Coven Leader.
"It seems I came just at the right time," the woman's voice says through the doorway.
Then the witch walks in, wearing black robes, a witches hat, and her green skin completely going against the brown wood.
Three unconscious men with guns lay outside, presumably taken out by the witch.
Several of the tavernfolk look at the witch and back off including the one who shot Ceridwen earlier.
"Tell me young one, why are you causing a huge event?" the witch questions.

I yell after the mayor.
"Call me!"
Then proceed to ignore Myr and follow Elias (HowTo?)

Eliza tries to get up again and stows the knife away - she doesn't want to risk him pulling it from her grasp.

 

Nah Kayla doesn't like injuring people. Just knocking them out.

The sheriff John Willard sighs and shakes his head before tending to another wounded.
