Nah the highest you can reach is 80.8% or 150 skill points the elemental damage also doesn't increase if it goes higher than 150 unless wynndata just doesn't show it

Also forgot a good example is warp since the +agility on warp doesn't matter since it's minimum is +20 so it'll always hit the cap

 

i heard someone saying it was raised, oh well
nirv is also kind of point less in the same way
