budget: (what mythics if any, yes or no LI/hive) No mythic items and no LI/Master Hive

thats pretty open, i have this morrowind build that works pretty nice, since it deals air damage it should be li viable
or how about an earth hive wand build this needs some sp rolls but theyre pretty lenient, for example you only need 5 def on para and some are completely negligible like pisces' str of byakko's agi

preferences: Stinger, Warchief, high agility

owowo a stinger melee build huh, well for starters give up warchief
heres my stinger knuckle, -ms doesnt matter since you wont be using spells anyway and you can grab 64 agi with the spare sp. needs good hpr and ls rolls to make your net hp gain positive (you can use it without the knuckle if you want big nice ls heals and sprint)

this'll prolly work too but if a single hit gets past the agi youre most likely dead. youre also passively dying with no positive barely any (given your rolls are godly)

playstyle: Focus on spells but make it a bit tanky
budget: No mythics, I want one with all legendaries but if you cant thats ok, and I dont want to solo the hive but try to solo li

 

so no hive or li items? let me know if i got that wrong and ill likely improve these
an easy option is to use the standard rainbow build, which can be slightly improved with an intensity and a fusion ring, but those are both hive and li items respectively

 

Yea that is a good build, but is there any chance you can find me an ethereal wand build no mythics? Like I just want it to have no mythics and the ethereal wand, you can use li or hive items

 

nepta beats ethereal by a landslide but ok let me show u instead
heres a 5.7k meteor using ethereal, or you can use the same build with nepta and get 9.6k meteors. thats a pretty good improvement at nearly no cost if u ask me

dare u to build a build ment for the kai si the fruman government a GODLY archer build take as long as u want scour the wynn and gavel kill as many mobs as u want but the arche or mage build must be the most OP
