In that case, I use a bonus action to teleport next to the Bird (don't know which bird) and strike it twice.
Attack roll 1: 12 + 7 = hit
Attack roll 2: 15 + 7 = hit
Damage 1: 6 + 4 = 10
Damage 2: 4 + 4 = 8

Total damage: 18 (didn't edit hp since idk which bird this is).
End turn.

 

The third bird flies in and attacks Kyelas.
To hit: 17+5=22
Damage: 5+3+16

To hit: 3+5=8
miss

No, unless she can fly, move through the ground or has ridiculously moving speed.

 

Did you edit the battle map to show its movement, then? If it moved after attacking, I can make an opportunity attack...

The monster has a feat so you can't get one when it flies by.

 

I guess Okami will just prepare: If a monster comes in range, try to grapple it by biting its leg or something.

I don't understand your map. It would help if you labeled the birds properly.

I cast Scorching Ray at Bird 2.

Attack 1: 14 + 8 = 24
Attack 2: 17 + 8 = 25
Attack 3: 2 + 8 = 10

Damage 1: 5 + 4 = 9 fire
Damage 2: 5 + 3 = 8 fire

Total: 17 fire damage, which should kill Bird 2.

I fire an arrow at the bird that attacked me after casting hunter's mark on it, trying to take out its wing.

To hit: 19 + 6 = hit
If Disadvantage: NAT 20. Thanks, dice.
Damage: 2 + 3 DEX + 6 mark = 11 piercing damage.

I'll edit HP and let you decide if it can still fly after an arrow to the wing
