I'll try to make a concentrated flame strike to blast through the rock

 

I try to get down and out through the ground floor of this house.

 

I take the scythe, the bread and put on the robes. I also set delyed bomb on him and proceed to explore the mine to see if there's anything else I have missed.

Let's do something wreckless unless of course the pillar was already destroyed by another PC which I probably didn't bother to read which then makes me look like a blithering idiot.

Kae drops the normal arrow and summons in an explosive arrow.

(Either I'm further being an idiot or Idk.)

When a lot of people are clear of the area, Kae will shoot the arrow at the middle spire of stone.

Before I try to blast the stone I say "take them all"

 

I attempt to pick them up. xD

 

You're stopped by a worker before you can take your second step in.
"What's your business here? Have a pickup?"

The fire doesn't really have any pushing power, but a bit of the wall flakes off. Seems brittle.

It's abandoned, good enough, and you easily make it down and out of the house... the problem is that the front door leads into the street you just crossed. The one that was more of a ditch than a street, and it's 8-10 feet down from the door. From dents and pieces of stone in the walls you can see, it's almost like the street... exploded.

Nothing much, really. That chamber seems to have been the only noteworthy thing in this min, and despite apparently not being the main one it displays a minecraft-like complexity, as if the miners just went of in whatever direction. Seems to been fine, there's ruby everywhere.

The explosion is magnificent, and the rock more brittle than expected. With the spire gone, the rock below it twists and writhes, until finally falling still.

I make a second attempt, only to fail.

BTW. how do I lnow there are amulets there? Unless they be magical. Inwhoch case, can I ask why I phased? xD

 

I go to a window on the other side of the house, break that open with my death squad knife, and use my grappling hook to climb down.

There I go, contradicting what I myself wrote what, a few weeks ago? In that case, hooray at (suddenly?) not phasing through them.

Ok my writing is brief and not very clear, so here's a graphical rundown of the situation:

You grab the pick in the minecart, quickly finding that a senior citizen who's spent his whole life studying magic apparently isn't a very good miner. You manage to nab a tiny shard of ruby.

 

Okay. That helps.

So, if the front door of the house is facing the ravine, I go to the other side of the house (facing away from the ravine) and break open a window there.

 

“Um, ok.” I ran off back to the eyepatch guy with the sealed letter.

 

"Fuck."
I proceed to get swole.

 

Gotta love this character that's so far off of everyone elses. <3
