Community Event Wynncraft Dueling Tournament Le Prizes Go To Top 3!

Hello People Of Wynn
Im going to be hosting a wynncraft dueling tournament in Ahmsord center (by the flag) on Sunday, 23 at noon pacific time (UTC -7) on server 1
There will be a max of 32 Players (first come first serve)

Mods said no Money pool unless it is my money :/
Rules: Since we are in Ahmsord if someone gets thrown off the sky island it will result in rematch
First one dead is eliminated, there will be someone judging each match obvious reasons
No Pots of any kind (Mages are welcome to heal though)
If you leave the designated area you are immediately eliminated

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure an entry fee counts as a donation pool, and is therefore against the rules

So it should be quite clear?

 

12. Giveaways.

Giveaways and rank giveaways are allowed. Donation pools, normal tier items, or under 1LE are not allowed for giveaways. “Lotteries” are not allowed because they can easily be rigged and used to scam.

 

One could argue this is a giveaway

 

It only depends on players' skill so it's impossible for the organizer to manipulate with it in any way :/ P sure this can't be in any way taken as a giveaway, that's a tournament?

You could easily rig it if you judged the contest :thinking:? Also with the way Wynncraft PVP currently is, it isn’t based on skill but more on abusing game mechanics. Also the price pool thing is kinda in a gray area, if you wanna give away your own LE that’s fine but when you are taking others for a prize pool it can get more complicated. Lastly, I doubt that 32 people will remember and come to the tournament as I tried my best to organize one and only 4-5 people even showed up, that was a while ago though. Anyway I like the idea as I said, I’ve tried it myself so if you are able to make it work and stay out of trouble from the mods it seems like a great event :)

EDIT: Actually I just confirmed this is not allowed by Salkasm. So you have to give your own LE/prizes or non ;(
