5. 101. Well, um... a lot of the population of Wynncraft has either Level 100 or Level 101. So I mean...

5. The max level is 101. There are currently a total of 40 players that have 1010 accounts, as in lvl 101 on 10 classes. The current player with the most total xp is Nickel.

 

1. Considering Wynn has been in development for 5 years (like 90% sure at least), we can safely say that what you see now took roughly 5 years.

2. The head builder is one of the owners, his name is @Grian and he oversees a much larger group of builders that use a hierarchy system, in which he is at the very top.

5. 101 is the max level on one class. Many people have it, but without some kind of access to detailed and accurate statistics, it would be impossible to know how many people have it.
But, aditionally, if you have a rank you can unlock 5 more class slots besides the default 5. (I think at least vip+ rank to access the 5 extra slots? Someone correct me if i'm wrong.)
That is 10 slots in total so if you wish to count all of those the max possible total level(s) on one minecraft account is 1010. If you look on the stats page (https://wynncraft.com/stats) you will see that there are 40 minecraft accounts that possess 1010 total levels. (at least, as of this moment.) Buuuuut, going even deeper, there are a few people who have multiple minecraft accounts that both/all possess 1010 levels on wynncraft. The grandmaster of this is concept is @Maarcus (full title: Maarcus the No Life), with THREE Minecraft accounts all possessing 1010 levels, for a total of 3030 levels.
