From what I think, E&E rejected the first one cause there was no excavator. Then the second one was accepted because there was an excavator.

From the last Resistance game. I thought denying the first few was a pretty common strategy but whatever. Sorry for being careful.

And maybe I just accepted the second one because rejecting- again- gives me a big red flag.

I kind of figured other people had the same idea, but I guess not. In retrospect it was stupid. Sorry, this is only my second game of this nature.

That logic is flawed. For the first one, it does not matter if you say yes or no. Even if it was rejected, it would still have that same chance of excavator. Plus, the excavator would not steal no matter what for the first one.

 

The point of it is you get to see who makes a mission with who, so in the future you can tell who is good. For example, if Mario proposes the first mission with Tsu, and we suspect Mario is an excavator through the next mission failing, then Tsu is probably good. You can form a team of good people and just have them on all of the proposals to steamroll the game. Since we get like five proposals before one is forced through, you can easily get down most of the players. When they only need to steal three you kind of have to be careful. It’s a very good strat from what I’ve seen.

All we know for certain is that at least one of me, Yoshi and tree is an excavator. Everything else isn't anything more than speculation thus far. I don't think we know enough to draw conclusions yet.

Yeah, I’m not putting Tree in. As for Mario we’ll just have to see. It’s good to vet people anyway.

I'm going to refuse this. I don't like that 2/3 of those who are confirmed to have an excavator among them (Leo, Yosh and Tree) are chosen.

 

That’s fair enough. Just note that we do have to bring in 4/6 of the people.

That way, we have 2 people who are probably agents, 1 unconfirmed, a 1 who is 1/3 an excavator.
