I'm going to agree. The more people who are put up the better. After this, E&E needs to be tested.

 

Two people is not good enough to test. I mean, only a dumb excavator would steal with two.

 

This is 3 rn.
So we can find out that an excavator is one of the three. We might be able to do more testing afterwards, depending on what E&E chooses.

 

If someone steals, we can just use the other three next time.
