    Not really needed cause @LazyCarrot was the winner, those bids were made after the auction end date...

    dukioooo, thank you for pointing out the end date and highest bid at the end.

    `3. Withdrawal of the auction (Seller)
    The auctioneer is allowed to cancel the auction under certain circumstances.

    It is allowed if the starting conditions (and buy-out) are either set too high or too low (to prevent a scam). However the current high bidder must be informed about this. If the item has no bids (actual bids that are in the range of the amount specified) the auctioneer is of course allowed to cancel the auction. If the the auction is cancelled for no reason whilst people were bidding (potentially someone paying more than the buy-out in-game) the auctioneer can be punished for it. The auctioneer is allowed to close the auction if someone in-game bought out the item if it is followed by proof (Who the guy is who bought it out and how he said buyout/bid the amount for a buyout in form of a screenshot/chat log). If he simply just bid more than the current highest then a proof must be provided in the auction thread and the auction goes on.``

    Please note the sentences in bold, that apply to this situation, where Rubix closed this auction, and started a new auction. That is unfair to the player with the highest bid, and our rules are written to prevent that. We have a price-check thread, and there are plenty of players in Detlas on server 1, that can help sellers to avoid these kind of situations.

    I am sorry Rubix.

    You were the last person to make the highest bid within the auction time rules.

    Here we go:
    "1. Setting up an auction
    A proper setup of an auction contains a starting bid, a buy-out and a date of when the auction ends (can be either a proper date with time-zone or a duration an auction will go). All conditions (starting bid, minimum increment, buyout and end date) cannot be changed once the first bid was posted unless better specified in the spoiler."

    The end time of this auction was not properly specified.

    @kollarandris14
    @LazyCarrot
    What time zone do each of you live in?
    Whoever is in possession of the Warchief: Don't re-roll it. Don't trade it. Don't sell it.
    Rubix, don't spend the LE from the sale of this Warchief.

    Oh boi how many rules did this thread break...
    yep originally it was 3 days after first bid, he changed it to 13th after your bid for some reason...

    I'm sorry but you are not the winner, your starting was on 10th at 10:06PM
    last valid bid is TurboStratus with 41le, kollarandris14 42le bid is 14min late.
    ...now the question is if TurboStratus bid withdraw is valid or not, cause it was made AFTER the auction ended and he won. ...if he is allowed to withdraw post auction end (dont think so) then kollarandris14 is the winner with 40le (his prev bid, but lets note that 40le was a bid after a turbostratus bid of 39le, so maybe koll can win with 39le?)

    but most likely TurboStratus is the winner of this auction with 41le
