I say trying to sound like i don't know what he's talking about ''Who's Emsé?''

''Well you could make the price stay like it is, but Dermit really needs this cloak and if i don't get it there will be consecvences''

 

"Dermit is rich. Why don't you go, uh, and ask him for more money? I'm sure he'll listen."

 

''I already have, he gave me some emeralds and he's set the price. Of course if you want to piss him off I'll gladly tell him that you say his price is wrong and you can deal with him yourself.''

 

"I don't remember, but can you answer my question first while I look?" *Look inside for the bag without showing until he answers.

"Uh, 19 emeralds it is. Dermit's a bit, uh, larger than you isn't he? I'll see if I can adjust the size."

He grabs you and teleports straight towards it. "Stay close!", he shouts.

"Uh, I don't know exactly, it keeps changing. How about 2 emeralds for an iron bar, 3 for silver and 5 for gold? Probably on the high end."

"Alright! Alright! Whatever you say! Oh no. Dermit's supposed to have quite the temper. Please."

I close my eyes and smile, trying to think of patches of flowers that would fit the House of Delegates better.

He quickly scoops them up and puts them in his pockets, dropping two of them, throws you the robes and runs off through a door behind the counter.

The House of Delegates had pretty much every flower to ever grow in the Forest, so you think of how you would better coordinate and arrange them. You end up with a rainbow design, flowers grouped according to colour and spaced by size.

Yes there are. They have a bit of a reputation though, and their exact locations are generally secret. There are still quite a lot of dwarves in the intact bits of it too.
